Shipping & Delivery

The shipping is done by DHL or Deutsche Post. Our careful handling guarantees a smooth process and special packaging for your artwork. For shipping including packaging within the German mainland we charge a flat rate for an unframed smaller format up to 30 x 60 cm per order 20,00 Euro and for a format beyond that per order 39,00 Euro.
For a framed work in larger format we charge a flat rate of 59,00 Euro.

The shipping price includes art transport insurance, packaging, and shipping costs.

If you order several framed photographs in one package, or one framed work and one unframed work, the shipping price will be calculated automatically.

The shipping price is based on volume weight and size. This price can be calculated in the spreadsheet prior to purchase.

If you want two extra packages, we recommend two separate orders. If two orders cannot be shipped at the same time, we will inform you in advance.
Shipping outside Germany

We ship within and also outside the EU. The shipping is done by DHL Express.

The respective shipping costs can be found in the matrix below and can be requested in the shopping cart in the calculation table.

If you wish shipping to another country, please write us an e-mail before ordering and please tell us the article with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postal code.
We will then inform you in the short term whether we can also ship to the desired country and - should delivery to the desired delivery address be possible - inform you of the shipping costs, as we must ask our shipping partner in advance about the shipping option and costs.

Our shipping costs are weight dependent.

We do not deliver to EU-sanctioned areas.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).

Der Versand erfolgt per DHL oder Deutsche Post. Unser sorgfältige Handling garantiert Ihnen einen reibungslosen Ablauf und eine besondere Verpackung für Ihr Kunstwerk. Für den Versand inklusive Verpackung innerhalb des deutschen Festlandes berechnen wir pauschal für ein ungerahmtes kleineres Format bis 30 x 60 cm pro Bestellung 20,00 Euro und für ein Format darüber hinaus pro Bestellung 39,00 Euro.

Für ein gerahmtes Werk in größerem Format berechnen wir pauschal 59,00 Euro.

Im Versandpreis inklusive sind eine Kunsttransportversicherung, die Verpackung, sowie die Versandkosten.

Sollten Sie mehrere gerahmte Fotografien in einem Paket bestellen, oder ein gerahmtes Werk und ein ungerahmtes Werk, so ergibt sich ein Versandpreis, der automatisch kalkuliert wird.

Der Versandpreis richtet sich nach Volumengewicht und Größe. Dieser Preis kann vor dem Kauf in der Kalkulationstabelle berechnet werden.

Wünschen Sie zwei extra Pakete, empfehlen wir zwei gesonderte Bestellungen. Sollten zwei Bestellungen nicht gleichzeitig versendet werden können, informieren wir Sie rechtzeitig vorher.

Versand außerhalb Deutschlands

Wir versenden innerhalb und auch außerhalb der EU. Der Versand erfolgt per DHL Express.

Die jeweils anfallenden Versandkosten können Sie der unten angegebenen Matrix entnehmen und im Warenkorb in der Kalkulationstabelle erfragen.

Sollten Sie den Versand in ein anderes Land wünschen, dann schreiben Sie uns bitte vor einer Bestellung eine E-Mail und nennen Sie uns bitte den Artikel mit der Menge und der Lieferadresse mit dem Land und der entsprechenden Postleitzahl.
Wir werden Ihnen dann kurzfristig mitteilen, ob wir auch in das gewünschte Land versenden können und Ihnen – sollte eine Lieferung an die gewünschte Lieferadresse möglich sein – die Versandkosten mitteilen, da wir die Versandmöglichkeit und die Kosten vorab bei unserem Versandpartner erfragen müssen.

Bei Lieferungen in Länder außerhalb der Europäischen Union können im Einzelfall weitere Kosten anfallen, die wir nicht zu vertreten haben und die von Ihnen zu tragen sind. Hierzu zählen beispielsweise Kosten für die Geldübermittlung durch Kreditinstitute (z.B. Überweisungsgebühren, Wechselkursgebühren) oder einfuhrrechtliche Abgaben bzw. Steuern (z.B. Zölle).

Für Selbstabholer bieten wir eine kostenfreie Abholung in der Werkstatt von Loh, Winsstraße 31, 10405 Berlin Prenzlauer Berg an. Wenn Sie Ihre Fotografie – ob gerahmt oder ungerahmt – abholen möchten, fallen keine Versandkosten an.
